The Context

Leading in today’s highly unpredictable environment calls for leaders who are less about providing “answers” and more about setting the context for change and adaptability for their organizations.

The Person

Gone are the days when a CEO can be “right” all the time. What is valued are those who are genuinely authentic, relational and committed to their own and the organization’s ongoing growth.

The Future

Expecting still more vast change ahead, sitting CEOs and potential CEOs will need to continue to work with others to really develop and hone new leadership capacities beyond past experience.
